The Epsom and Ewell Partnership is a partnership of schools within the Epsom and Ewell area, it includes the 24 state schools (4 infant, 3 junior, 12 primary, 4 secondary and 1 special school). It was formed in 2007 to develop collaborative working amongst schools. Our partnership vision statement is as follows:
'The pursuit of excellence in all Epsom and Ewell Schools is demonstrated by an uncompromising and highly successful drive to strongly improve, or maintain, the highest levels of achievement and personal development for all pupils'.

The Partnership's steering group will ensure the following:
Agree an action plan and budget, which are monitored termly and reviewed an updated annually.
Implement and monitor agreed activities.
Set the agendas for termly partnership meetings.
Promote colloboration between Partnership members, in particular, through local networking, skill sharing, CPD, training, sharing resources and good practice.
Inform and consult the relevant organisations and individuals on aspects of its work.
Raise local concerns with strategic partners and develop joint working arrangements where appropriate.
Focus on three project areas, known as pillars: 'School to school support', 'CPD', and 'Opportunities for children and students'.
Provide a headteacher partner for all new headteachers joining the partnership.
Provide an induction pack for all new headteachers. The induction pack includes a directory which outlines the expertise that individual schools are able to offer other schools within the partnership; the directory is updated annually. Support may also include support commissioned by external schools outside the partnership where appropriate.
